Stage Strategy
1 - Establish a technology management innovation center specialized in support for entrepreneurs, as company-expert-institution platform
- Operate an MOT family company system based on participating companies
- Consult bottleneck technologies, and perform demand surveys for extracurricular on-site education programs and on-site training
- Plan academic-industrial cooperative business models with Busan Institution of Science & Technology Evaluation and Planning (BISTEP)
2 - Extend MOT family company system on the basis of the technology management innovation center
